SET is in a pilot phase. Anyone can create an account and set up their business — signup is self-serve and free during the pilot, with no card required and no published price yet. Commercial terms are agreed directly with us before any charge is ever made.
What's not yet built
Automated billing and formal SLAs do not exist yet. Any commercial arrangement during the pilot is handled directly, outside the product. Deleting your own account is not on this list: that is self-serve, and the Privacy page describes exactly what it does to a business you worked in.
